此次337調(diào)查的申請(qǐng)是RevoLaze, LLC和TechnoLines, LLC（合稱(chēng)“RevoLaze公司”）于2014年8月18日提出的，指控美國(guó)進(jìn)口的及在美國(guó)市場(chǎng)銷(xiāo)售的激光磨損處理的牛仔成衣侵犯了其美國(guó)注冊(cè)專(zhuān)利5990444、6140602、6252196、6664505 、6819972 和6858815的一項(xiàng)或多項(xiàng)權(quán)利要求，違反了《1930年美國(guó)關(guān)稅法》第337節(jié)的相關(guān)規(guī)定。
