日前，美國國際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)（ITC）投票決定對(duì)部分梭織面料及其同類產(chǎn)品（certain woven textile fabrics and products containing same）啟動(dòng)337調(diào)查。涉案產(chǎn)品是高織數(shù)棉布、聚酯床單和床上用品。

2015年10月1日，美國AAVN公司向美國ITC提出申請(qǐng)，指控美國進(jìn)口以及美國國內(nèi)市場(chǎng)銷售的部分梭織面料及其同類產(chǎn)品侵犯了其專利權(quán)且存在虛假廣告行為，申請(qǐng)啟動(dòng)337調(diào)查，并發(fā)布普遍排除令或有限排除令以及禁止令。

美國ITC最終確定下列企業(yè)作為本案的指定應(yīng)訴方：AQ Textiles, LLC, of Greensboro；印度Creative Textile Mills Pvt. Ltd.公司（Creative Textile Mills Pvt. Ltd. of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India）；印度Indo Count Industries Ltd.；Indo Count Global, Inc., of New York, NY；印度GHCL Ltd；Grace Home Fashions LLC of New York；印度E & E Company, Ltd.；E & E Company, Ltd., d/b/a JLA Home, of Fremont, CA；印度Welspun Global Brands Ltd；Welspun USA Inc. of New York；Elite Home Products, Inc.；印度Pradip Overseas Ltd.；Pacific Coast Textiles, Inc.；Amrapur Overseas, Inc.；Westport Linens, Inc.。
