主要作用 function

本機用于鞋子和大底壓合之后，作冷凍定型用，可將熱態(tài)的鞋子迅速降低到常溫，使鞋子拔楦后不易變形，提高鞋底與鞋面的粘合性，

使之更牢固。

used for shoe cold molding after attached with sole, it can quickly cool down hot shoes to room temperature so the shoes will not be

easy to deformafter being taken out of the last and the adhesion between soles and vamps will be increased, that make the shoes firmer.

1. 雙重開門設計，可根據(jù)不同鞋型選擇半開或全開，節(jié)能省電，

3. 采用自動獨立除霜去濕系統(tǒng)和自動紫外線殺菌防霉系統(tǒng)，有效防止鞋子霉變。

4.立體分層式不銹鋼鞋架，有效利用空間，周轉運行時間快，批處理量大，高效多產(chǎn)。

5.采用高效制冷系統(tǒng)，定型效果好，超低溫急速冷凍定型，鞋子持久不變形，不易脫膠。

6. 自動升降鞋箱輸送系統(tǒng)，分層式鞋箱在同一條直線上平穩(wěn)輸送，可提高產(chǎn)量，省時省力省成本。

7.密閉式冷卻系統(tǒng)，冷卻力強，冷卻時間短，可立即拔楦，省電省楦。
