2）整形上壓刀采用二段式行進(jìn)，操作安全，鞋面中心定位準(zhǔn)確。

3）本機(jī)可視鞋面面積大小調(diào)整所需行程深度，依材質(zhì)特性調(diào)整所需承受壓力，下料速度、定型時(shí)間、定型溫度，下刀預(yù)料壓力，使鞋面定型翹度更加完美。

4）本機(jī)可可視鞋面翹度角度簡(jiǎn)易更換刀模，使鞋面定型度更加完美。

5）用帶微調(diào)的氣缸，可以調(diào)整兩側(cè)板的距離，排除靴面的皺折，破裂等現(xiàn)象，以達(dá)到靴面定型*佳效果。

6）適用雙彎效果是靴面定型機(jī)使高靴子鞋面曲度整出雙翹度切實(shí)吻合紙格。
