2001年12月，浙江華強(qiáng)集團(tuán)與浙江東方集團(tuán)股份有限公司（股票代號(hào)600120）強(qiáng)強(qiáng)聯(lián)合成立的浙江東方華強(qiáng)紡織印染有限公司，是以生產(chǎn)服裝面料為主的大型紡織、印染、貿(mào)易企業(yè)。公司位于中國(guó)紹興柯北工業(yè)園區(qū)，近鄰中外馳名的面料集散地------中國(guó)輕紡城，毗鄰杭甬高速公路和杭州國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)，交通便捷，地理位置優(yōu)越。
浙江東方華強(qiáng)紡織印染有限公司占地161畝（10萬(wàn)余平方米），總投資2200萬(wàn)美元，注冊(cè)資金1038萬(wàn)美元，現(xiàn)有員工1200多名，公司擁有紡織設(shè)備日本豐田230CM噴氣紹織機(jī)192臺(tái)，織造生產(chǎn)能力達(dá)2000萬(wàn)米/年；印染設(shè)備有臺(tái)灣東武高溫溢流染色機(jī)、連續(xù)退煉漂機(jī)組、祝祥干濕磨毛機(jī)、德國(guó)KKA軋光機(jī)、意大利TMT罐蒸機(jī)，印染生產(chǎn)能力達(dá)8000萬(wàn)米/年。公司引進(jìn)國(guó)際先進(jìn)的紡織、印染生產(chǎn)設(shè)備，結(jié)合先進(jìn)的科學(xué)技術(shù)及生產(chǎn)管理，開(kāi)發(fā)紡織業(yè)高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)品。生產(chǎn)各種高品質(zhì)（帝人）羽絨服、尼克夫、錦綸、仿毛、麻棉、麂皮絨、氨綸彈力等面料，年產(chǎn)遠(yuǎn)銷(xiāo)歐美、日本、遠(yuǎn)東等幾十個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)。
2003年一季度，浙江東方華強(qiáng)紡織印染有限公司各股東對(duì)東方華強(qiáng)增資，使得東方華強(qiáng)的注冊(cè)資本增加至1398萬(wàn)美元。增資后，東方華強(qiáng)各股東所占股份比例不變。
