紹興市耀龍紡粘科技有限公司是一家民營股份制企業(yè)。地處以高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)為主導(dǎo)的紹興市袍江工業(yè)區(qū)，北鄰曹娥江，西接滬杭甬高速公路紹興出口處，距紹興市區(qū)12公里，離杭州蕭山國際機場僅32公里。
2003年經(jīng)浙江省發(fā)改委批準立項，新征土地（224畝）149122平方米，新建廠房約5萬平方米，引進了一條年產(chǎn)1.2萬噸的SS紡粘生產(chǎn)線，采用世界最先進的紡粘非織造工藝技術(shù)，設(shè)備的高科技含量在當今國際非織造布行業(yè)中是一流的，其控制系統(tǒng)也是采用世界上最先進的自動化控制技術(shù)，目前該生產(chǎn)線已投入正常生產(chǎn)運行。
公司出產(chǎn)的面幅為3.25m的(PE/PP)、(PE/PET)雙組份及超薄型PET無紡布產(chǎn)品面料是目前國內(nèi)外最具競爭力的新型工業(yè)復(fù)合基布及醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生用面料。產(chǎn)品主要用于醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生的防護用品，也可作為汽車工業(yè)、建材工業(yè)用材及電子、家庭用布等，面料也可實行用色母粒直接紡粘著色或印染上色，經(jīng)分切后可直接出口或內(nèi)銷。由于產(chǎn)品具有獨特的技術(shù)含量和新穎性，目前在國內(nèi)還沒有第二條生線可以與之競爭。
公司的技術(shù)保障及研發(fā)能力在同行業(yè)中是一流的。05年公司與東華大學（原中國紡大）簽訂了一份10年期的技術(shù)合作協(xié)議，協(xié)議確定公司作為東華大學無紡布研究中心的產(chǎn)品研發(fā)基地，共同組建“東華大學耀龍紡粘技術(shù)研究所，并經(jīng)過紹興市人民政府和市科技局認定。
